Artist Painting a Mural

For children who struggle to express their difficulties in words, art therapy can be a way to help them connect with and work through their feelings. It can support children with attachment-related issues, developmental trauma and experiences of loss or bereavement as well as many other complex presenting issues and family dynamics.

Art therapy can be a form of therapeutic early intervention that allows a child to be supported in right way so that they may reengage with their learning.
